Please note: by joining the Canvas Club, you are pre-paying for one full month. This includes 2 hours/week of live instruction on zoom for 4 weeks (8 hours of live instruction total), access to recordings, and ongoing feedback from both the instructor and peers on your painting projects.
 
If you are looking to improve your painting skills, or maybe even learn how to paint, this is the club for you! The "Canvas Club" is a vibrant community of folks coming together for weekly virtual painting lessons on Zoom. Each session will be 2 hours and will include looking at historical paintings related to our month's theme, a painting demonstration from the instructor, and time to paint and receive feedback and advice from the instructor on your own creation. This club is perfect for anyone who wants to improve their technical painting skills in a friendly environment with other people who also love painting.
 
Each month, participants will vote on a theme—for example sheep, landscapes, barns, still life, or another inspiring subject (this is your club after all!)—and dive into a 2-hour per week painting experience. The class also includes a discussion group where you can share your projects and receive valuable input from peers. With the flexibility to join or leave any month, Paint Club is perfect for those seeking a creative, supportive, and interactive painting journey. Class times will vary based on student availability (you will vote on the best times for you) and all classes will be recorded and sent to you. Students are welcome to work in any medium, and for those working in oil, gouache, or watercolor, you will receive a free PDF with suggested materials and tips for the absolute beginner.
