How many years have you arrived in October and wondered, “where did summer go?” In the busy-ness of these sweet, long days, the seasons can change before we have fully processed that they are here. Gathering on Sunday mornings throughout September, Create & Ground is a creative group with nature-inspired prompts to increase our presence and connect us to place and self. This group will include a grounding meditation at the beginning of each class, followed by an hour of intentional art-making in response to a creative prompt.

Whether you're a beginner or an intermediate painter, customized instruction in gouache, oil, or watercolor will help you refine your technical skills and deepen your understanding of the medium. Each session is tailored to meet your needs, ensuring you make meaningful progress toward your artistic aspirations in a supportive and encouraging environment. Lessons can be held virtually over zoom, or in-person in Dumbo, Brooklyn. Spaces are limited. Lessons begin at $100/90 minute session.
Exploring Watercolor:
6 Week Workshop
Begins Sunday, May 4th! Dive into the magic of watercolor in this 6-week workshop! Learn essential techniques like wet-on-wet, color mixing, and edge control while creating beautiful still lifes, landscapes, portraits, and more. This is a beginner-friendly class, but the exercises and lessons will be beneficial to any level of painter who is hoping to refine their skills.
